Student Science Fair Projects

The goal of this page is to introduce to all that are interested in science, some fascinating and excellent Science Fair Projects that certain high school students have done. The students that have created the pages below have converted the Science Fair Project that they were required to do into HTML format. They were, of course, reimbursed by way of extra credit for their pursuit of excellence. : -) The students were not given any criteria for making the page, they were just told that if they put their SFP's (that's what we call them for short) into HTML format, then I would post them on the web, and give them a few points E.C. I believe that you will find the information thought provoking and educational. The students attend Christian Fellowship School, where I have been given the honor of teaching the science of God's world.

Facial Autophotophobia... Josh (Sophomore) decided to try to figure out if there was a correlation between a person's facial symmetry and their personal dislike of their own photograph.

Searching in a Webbed Out World... Kevin (Freshman) used the scientific method to determine which search engine would find web pages the quickest, and whether or not it mattered if a "metaname" was included.

It's All in the Family... Aubrey (Sophomore) wanted to study the effects of birth order on individual personalities. She found some interesting, yet not altogether unsurprising results. Now we really understand why our sibling has been driving us crazy.
